Université Paris 3 — Sorbonne Nouvelle
A partner of the French University in Egypt since its creation, the University of Paris 3 — Sorbonne Nouvelle is located in the French capital’s historical centre. Its history dates back to the 12th century with the foundation of the University of Paris and the Faculty of Arts.
Naturally open to the outside world, thanks to the high level multidisciplinary training covering the domains of languages, arts and social sciences, and to the international cooperation agreements signed with over 200 institutions worldwide, the University of Paris 3 — Sorbonne Nouvelle possesses France’s number 1 department of Applied Languages, considering the size of student enrolment, the variety of languages studied and the professional commitment of both academics and experts teaching there.
The special partnership developed with the Faculty of Applied Languages at the French University in Egypt is based upon the definition and scientific monitoring of a demanding academic curriculum, the regular presence of French professors in Egypt and a term-long student exchange programme.
